The Bend at Capitol District is a dynamic, multi-faceted urban destination that pulls inspiration from the curves of the nearby river and highway. Located within walking distance of Nashville’s government, business and entertainment districts, The Bend connects all the vital aspects of Nashville city life while offering a peaceful and elegant sense of place for its residents and visitors.  

 

The Bend at Capitol District is an expansion of the successful TownePlace Suites at North Capitol project which features Top Note rooftop venue and Moonshot Coffee Bar. The Bend expansion will add two distinct new buildings totaling nearly 550,000 square feet across nearly three acres. These buildings will be home to an 8-story Moxy Capitol District hotel, and a 10-story residential building featuring The Delle Apartments by Marriott and The Residences at The Bend. Alongside traditional rental options, these offerings include pre-furnished apartments and executive stays. Exciting new retail spaces will be added to the area, as well, creating a dynamic destination. The Bend’s distinctive offerings will be connected by an open-air paseo.

 

Every element of The Bend was intricately designed to craft a distinct district that is invigorating for those who live there, stay there, or for locals seeking to visit our hospitality and retail offerings.  

 

An inviting respite, its paseo will amplify its offerings and become a community focal point with programming and activities. The Bend is a cultural amenity for not only the residents and neighborhood, but all of Nashville.
